Delicious craft beers, mouth watering food, a mystery beer competition and a bundle of laughs and good times.

Join me on the 15th of June at the Mile End Hotel for a FIVE COURSE BEER DEGUSTATION. A wide variety of excellent craft beers have been matched perfectly with five courses of delicious food by head chef, David White.

We will explore the whole colour spectrum of beer as we move from super hoppy and light all the way through to the dark, rich and warming. I will be on board to guide diners through the night, explaining the stories behind the beers and why they match so well with the food that we have selected.

What can you expect?

1st course: Pulled Pork Sliders, with chipotle mayo slaw. Paired with Balter Brewing Company’s XPA

2nd course: Salmon Nicoise, with gogi macadamia puree, potato, dehydrated olives and green beans. Paired with Little Creatures seasonal release, Fire Falcon’s Hoppy Amber Ale.

3rd course: Confit Pork Belly, with chipotle rhubarb puree and bacon quinoa. Paired with Fixation Brewing Company’s IPA.

4th course: Beef Cheek Carbonade, with buttery mashed potato, broccolini and juslie. Paired with White Rabbit’s Dark Ale.

5th course: Gooey Date Pudding, with stone stout ice cream. Paired with Stone and Wood’s 2017 seasonal limited release, Stone Beer.

To compliment the great food and beer, diners can win some sweet prizes from playing several games and competitions that will be played through out the night.
